Job summary

Kivitronicsconsulting seeks an energetic Assistant Branch Manager (Floor Manager) to oversee daily operations at the retail branch in India. You will ensure smooth store processes, inventory accuracy, staff productivity, and strict adherence to SOPs.

As second-in-command, you will supervise and coach a team, manage stock movements, and coordinate with support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and audit-ready records. This role reports to the Branch Manager and acts in their absence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Management.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of billing, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail branch operations.
• Supervise Store In-Charge, Sales Associates, Helpers, and Support Staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Verify DC inward, stock movements, and documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly stock requisitions.
• Verify daily cash closing and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct staff training and floor coaching.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent service standards.
• Act as Branch Manager during the Branch Manager's absence
