Job summary

Amogha Polymers in Kolkata seeks an experienced sales professional to drive retail growth in the building materials sector. You will manage dealer relationships and promote paints, pipes, tiles and sanitary products across the territory.

Candidates should have 10–20 years in retail sales/dealer management, be fluent in English and the local language, and reside in or near advertised locations. MBA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce; MBA desirable.
• 10–20 years in retail sales/dealer management.
• Experience in building materials sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to building materials industry (paints/ pipes/ tiles/ sanitary).

Roles and Responsibilities

• * Good exposure to Building materials industry ( Paints / Pipes / Tiles /
• Sanitary Etc ). Candidates from Paint industry with bazar sales experience
• will get preference.
• * Experienced in handling large retail dealer network ( 20 / 25 dealers ) in a given territory.
• * Should be familiar with Daily sales reporting system.
• Head.
• * Should be able to speak English & fluent in local language.
• * The candidates currently working / living in the advertised locations preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• * Graduate in / Arts / Science / commerce. Additional qualification
• In management ( MBA ) desirable.
• * In the age group of 32 to 50 years with 10/ 20 years experience in retail Sales / Dealer
• management.
