Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Gurgaon is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director, IT Process to lead automation of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support services, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Reporting to the IT Director, you will manage a senior team, drive governance, capture metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent area of study, preferably in technology/business or equivalent.
• ITIL and PMP certifications are preferred
• Minimum 15 years experience in IT industry, with at least 8+ years of relevant IT Infrastructure management including leadership roles
• Proven team management and project management abilities
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, security protocols, and application lifecycle
• Strong strategic planning and analytic skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve complex problems, and deliver under pressure
