Job summary

Acuity Analytics, the trading name of Acuity Knowledge Partners, is seeking a Senior Professional in Gurgaon to handle end-to-end contract administration within the Finance department. You will negotiate contracts with sales, legal, and delivery, manage renewals and billing, and support audits and revenue analysis.

The role requires a B.Com (H) with 6–9 years of experience, and familiarity with ERP and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• B.Com (H) is a must.
• MBA/CA Inter/CMA/ICWA preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contract negotiations with sales, legal and delivery teams in Salesforce.
• Tracking contract renewals and price revisions with cross-functional teams.
• Managing contractual databases and supporting evidence.
• Reviewing new customer contracts and processing sales orders in CRM.
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing per contract to avoid leakage.
• Facilitating statutory and internal audits related to contracts, orders and billing.
• Assisting in revenue budget, forecast and variance analysis.
• Supporting sales-related MIS reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contract through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery team in Salesforce system
• Tracking contract renewals and price revisions, and facilitating the same via working with sales, legal and delivery
• Tracking and managing contractual databases along contract copy/supporting evidence
• Review newly signed customers contracts and process sales order in CRM system
• Ensuring billing is done accurately, timely as per contract and no leakage in billing/revenue
• Facilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales order, billing etc.
• Assist in revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis
• Supporting sales related MIS reports for management
