Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in BI or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business reporting and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights for operational efficiency and strategic decisions.
• Develop digital solutions for ESA business using Power Platform tools, Python, ML and AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and productivity projects.
• Design and generate reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders using Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Monitor and optimize digitalization projects and provide updates to the BI & Analytics Manager.
• Enhance existing dashboards and ensure data is transformed, cleaned and accurate.
• Troubleshoot and rectify apps and dashboards as needed.
• Maintain high visual quality of dashboards (spacing, fonts, colors, layout).

What you ll do:

"This position will be based in Supply chain management GSCCoE in Pune. - Seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Center of Excellance - Quality team data analytics team. Reporting directly to the Quality Systems Manager, you will play a vital role digitalizing quality processes improving efficiency and productivity, developing solutions with use of Power platform, ML, Python and AI. You will also prepare and share reports to stakeholders providing data insights."

• Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.
• Develop digital solution for ESA business for manual processes using Power platform tools, Python, ML AI
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and drive digitalization and productivity projects.
• Assist with design and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft 365 digital tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digitalization projects, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager.
• Work for all the suggested enhancements in current applications and dashboards.
• Ensure all the existing dashboards are live and refreshed correctly.
• Ensure that the data is correct by transforming and cleaning data.
• Troubleshoot and rectify Apps and dashboards whenever required.
• Dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).
• Generate standards or custom reports summarizing business, financials, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• "- Bachelors degree in Computer Science"
• 3-5 years of handson experience in similar areas.
• "- Minimum 2 years of experience in business reporting and Automation projects"

Skills:

• .- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within a manufacturing or related industry.
• - Knowledge of different types of Databases (Relational, Graphic )

• - Experience within large data environments (Cloudera, OBIEE, etc)
• - Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps
