Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking an Assistant Agency Manager to drive agent enrollment and performance from the Behrampur branch. You will identify potential candidates, mobilize agents, and ensure familiarity with products and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Identify and motivate potential candidates to enroll for becoming agents (≤140 chars)
• Mobilize certified agents through active outreach and premium targets
• Familiarize agents with the company’s products, policies and sales processes
• Identify and agree on premium targets with agents across business classes
• Ensure agents remain active and reduce dormancy
• Coordinate with branches and sales teams to support agent activities

Responsibilities

• Onboard and certify agents by achieving minimum premium targets within set timelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies and sales processes for agents

• Support branch operations by coordinating with underwriting, finance and claims teams
