Job summary

Unisea Logistics in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for operations across Australia, UK, USA, India and UAE.

You will oversee GST/tax compliance, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, multi-currency accounting and forex, and support audit readiness with strong internal controls and budgeting analysis.

Proficiency with ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration with operations, treasury and compliance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms (2020), L/C, bills of lading, and customs clearance procedures.
• Experience handling foreign exchange risk, hedging, and multi-currency accounting to safeguard margins.
• Ability to track landed costs, freight charges, demurrage, detention, and warehouse fees.
• Thorough understanding of GST/VAT on import-export, customs duties, cross-border tax regulations, and duty drawback schemes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for finance and logistics.
