Job summary

Narayana Health in Bengaluru is seeking a Safety Officer to organize and coordinate daily departmental routines and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety equipment, reporting adverse observations, coordinating maintenance of machinery, and inspecting contractors’ tools to meet safety standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Ensure functioning of safety equipments like Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Smoke Detectors etc at all times and report to the concerned
• Report any adverse observations immediately
• Ensure timely maintenance of machinery and other equipments
• Inspect contractors equipments and tools and ensure they comply with safety standards
• Appraise contractors about the organization’s safety standards and norms before conducting any work.
