• Production Management – Oversee fabrication, production and assembly of automation components to ensure timely delivery.
• Machine Utilization – Optimize performance of plasma, laser, bending, and drilling machines for efficiency.
• Quality Assurance – Maintain zero-defect standards in fabrication, welding, and machining.
• Process Optimization – Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation techniques.
• Material & Cost Control – Reduce waste and optimize material usage.
• Team Leadership – Train and mentor engineers, supervisors, and shop‑floor staff.
• Maintenance & Downtime Management – Ensure preventive maintenance for maximum uptime.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce EHS standards for a zero‑accident workplace.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation for competitive advantage.
• Assembly Leadership – Plan, schedule, and coordinate assembly operations to meet timelines.
