Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
3. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action to ensure project deliverables are met.
4. Communicate project progress, plans, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
5. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effectiveness.
6. Ensure projects meet quality standards and implement quality control processes as needed.
7. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications
