Job summary

Cake is seeking a Sr. Executive / AM Supply Chain in Mumbai, responsible for managing procurement and supplier relationships. You'll evaluate offers from suppliers, prepare detailed reports, and negotiate contracts to ensure value.

This role requires a graduate with 2-3 years of experience in project procurement. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills are essential to succeed.

The estimated salary is up to 8 lakhs per annum.

The company currently has 90+ self-managed retail outlets across 5 cities - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. These are serviced through four central kitchens – Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Review the quality of purchased products.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• AMC contract management and service contract coordination
• Source and qualify suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value.
• Verify supplier / contractor’s invoice with Work order / Purchase order / measurement sheet.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement plans and project requirements.
• Ensure that procured materials, equipment, and services meet project specifications and quality standards.

Education and Experience

• Graduate
• 2-3 year – preferably in project procurement.

Knowledge and Skills

• Hands‑on experience with MS offices software, especially in Excel.
