Job summary

EuroSchool HSR in Bengaluru is seeking an organized ASPIRE Coordinator to lead and coordinate the ASPIRE program, supporting students in their academic, personal, and overall development.

You will plan, implement activities, and engage teachers, parents, and leadership for effective program delivery; organize workshops, mentoring, and student development programs; monitor progress; and maintain records to drive student growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in school coordination, student development, counselling, or program management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in English and basic digital tools.
• Passion for working with students and supporting their overall development.
