Profile Requisites

• 1. Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Social Sciences or Education are preferred
• 2. Able to commit 7 hours per day Monday-Saturday for at least a year
• 3. B.Ed. or a certification in Counselling is an added advantage
• 4. Proficiency in the local language is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required
• 5. 1-2 years of experience in classroom management, student facilitation, or a related educational setting
• 6. Prior experience working with adolescents and first-generation learners is strongly preferred
• 7. Exposure to community-based or grassroots programme work is desirable
