Job summary

Interpath is seeking a hands-on AI leader to head our AI function, design and deploy AI solutions, lead use‑case pilots, and act as a technical SME for business teams.

You will design and deploy AI solutions including LLM agents, plan tooling, and drive end‑to‑end delivery from scope to production while mentoring engineers and collaborating with PMO and AI Support on progress updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, ML or AI engineering with strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), RAG and vector databases.
• Full-stack and/or ML engineering expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record of shipping production applications, agents or demos (GitHub portfolio preferred).
• Experience leading technical projects and engaging business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI solutions such as LLM agents, tools, copilots, and integrations, including planning and tool‑calling, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of priority use cases: scope, prototype, pilot, harden, and move to production.
• Provide technical expertise to business teams, translating problems into feasible solutions and mitigating risks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources and MLOps pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and cost‑efficiency.
• Define technical standards, mentor junior engineers, and contribute reusable accelerators and patterns.
• Collaborate with the PMO Lead and AI Support on delivery tracking and stakeholder updates.

Technical Tools & Platforms

• Python, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG & vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, FastAPI / Node, Docker.
• Cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
