About the Role

Merapath Education Limited is looking for a dynamic and technology-oriented AI Trainer / AI Education Specialist who can lead the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI learning initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting AI training sessions, developing practical learning content, supporting AI-based educational projects, researching emerging AI tools, and helping students, educators, institutions, and internal teams understand and effectively use AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex AI concepts in a simple and practical manner and should have hands-on experience with modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Training & Workshops

• Conduct interactive AI and Generative AI training sessions for students, teachers, colleges, schools, and professionals.


• Deliver workshops on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant AI tools.


• Teach Prompt Engineering and AI productivity techniques.


• Conduct practical demonstrations, activities, assignments and AI-based projects.


• Provide mentoring and doubt-solving support to learners.

2. AI Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop AI course structures, lesson plans, presentations, assignments and practical exercises.


• Create beginner to advanced AI learning modules based on learner requirements.


• Develop project-based learning activities and real-world AI use cases.


• Regularly update course content according to developments in AI and Generative AI.

3. AI Tools & Technology Research

• Research and evaluate new AI tools, platforms and technologies.


• Identify AI tools that can improve education, productivity and organizational processes.


• Test new AI applications and recommend suitable solutions to management.


• Stay updated with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, automation and emerging AI technologies.

4. AI Projects & Automation

• Support development of AI-based educational solutions and internal automation.


• Identify repetitive business and education processes that can be improved through AI.


• Work with the IT/product team to develop AI-based prototypes, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.


• Explore AI applications in student support, content creation, assessments, reporting and business operations.

5. Institutional Training & Coordination

• Conduct AI awareness programs and workshops for schools, colleges and other institutions.


• Coordinate with institutional stakeholders for smooth training delivery.


• Understand client/institution requirements and customize AI training accordingly.


• Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations and AI project concepts.

6. Assessment & Reporting

• Design quizzes, assignments and practical assessments.


• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.


• Maintain training records, attendance and learning outcome reports.


• Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training quality.

7. Responsible & Ethical AI

• Promote responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence.


• Educate learners about AI limitations, misinformation, plagiarism, privacy and responsible use.


• Ensure appropriate handling of confidential and educational data.

Required Skills

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, EdTech, Technical Training, Software Development, Data Science or a related field.


• Freshers with strong practical AI projects, certifications and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
