Job summary

Where U Elevate® in Gurugram is seeking a GenAI Instructor to train learners on the latest AI technologies, with hands-on experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI tools. This role blends teaching with building real-world AI solutions.

You will conduct labs and projects, mentor learners, develop content, and stay updated on trends. Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering and 1–3 years in AI or EdTech preferred; immediate joining on a contract of 3.5 months.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflows.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Generative AI.
• Teach fundamentals of AI & LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Cover AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and similar platforms.
• Lead labs, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Mentor learners and resolve technical queries.
• Develop training content, presentations, and assessments.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate GenAI Instructor to train and mentor learners on the latest AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI tools, and practical AI applications. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching while building real‑world AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Generative AI.
• Teach concepts including:
• Fundamentals of AI & LLMs
• Prompt Engineering
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and similar AI tools
• AI Agents and workflow automation
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI-powered productivity tools
• Basics of Python for AI (preferred)
• Conduct practical labs, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Mentor learners and resolve technical queries.
• Develop and update training content, presentations, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and incorporate them into training.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Training, or EdTech.
• Experience delivering technical workshops or corporate training is preferred.
• AI-related certifications are a plus.
