Job summary

IIDE Education Private Limited in Mumbai (Andheri Campus) seeks an AI Trainer to design and deliver engaging sessions on Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, agentic AI, AI-powered research and data analysis, and no-code product development.

You will ensure the curriculum stays current with the AI landscape, helping learners gain real, deployable skills for diverse audiences including students and professionals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to teach or mentor others.
• Strong working knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI tools.
• Experience building automations and AI agents using platforms like Make.com, n8n.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, hands-on training sessions on Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-powered research and data analysis, and no-code app/website development.
• Update and create course content reflecting latest tools, models, and best practices.
• Tailor content delivery to individuals, cohorts, or corporate groups.
• Develop real-world projects and assignments with agents, automations, and no-code apps.
• Conduct demos, webinars, or pitches to showcase IIDE's AI curriculum.
• Refine teaching methods based on feedback and outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and platforms and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Track learner progress and provide guidance to bridge skill gaps.

About the Role

As an AI Trainer at our Mumbai (Andheri Campus) , you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging sessions on Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-powered Research and Data Analysis, and No-Code Product Development. You will play a key role in shaping how students, business owners, and working professionals learn to apply AI tools practically, ensuring the curriculum stays current with the fast-evolving AI landscape and that learners walk away with real, deployable skills.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver structured, hands-on training sessions covering Prompt Engineering, Generative AI tools and applications, Agentic AI and automation workflows, AI-driven research and data analysis, and No-Code app/website development.
  
• Continuously update and create course content to reflect the latest tools, models, and best practices across the AI ecosystem.
  
• Customize content delivery and pace to suit the needs of individuals, cohorts, or corporate groups.
  
• Build real-world projects and assignments where learners build and deploy actual agents, automations, and no-code applications.
  
• Conduct demo sessions, webinars, or pitches to prospective students and partner institutions to showcase IIDE's AI curriculum.
  
• Continuously refine teaching methods and course material based on classroom feedback and learner outcomes.
  
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and platforms, including LLM-based tools, automation platforms such as Make.com and n8n, and no-code builders, and incorporate them into the curriculum.
  
• Track learner progress and provide guidance to help bridge skill and knowledge gaps.
  
• Design and evaluate assessments, quizzes, and practical project reviews to measure training effectiveness.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sessions delivered, projects assigned, and new learning resources created.
  
• Ensure a conducive learning environment, including managing the technical setup required for live tool demonstrations and hands-on builds.
  
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues (technical or otherwise) that may impact the learning experience.
  

Additional Duties

• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
  

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of practical, hands-on experience working with AI tools, with the ability to teach or train others (prior training/mentoring experience preferred).
  
• Strong working knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
  
• Practical experience building automations and AI agents using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or equivalent tools.
  
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications or websites using no-code/AI-assisted development tools.
  
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and confidently to varied audiences.
  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to punctuality.
  
• Patience and empathy to cater to diverse learning needs and skill levels.
  
• A genuine passion for teaching and staying at the cutting edge of AI.
  

Should Have

• Experience using AI tools for research and data analysis (e.g., analyzing datasets, generating insights, automating reporting).
  
• Experience customizing course content to meet audience requirements across skill levels (beginner to advanced).
  
• Skill in developing and evaluating practical, project-based assessments.
  
• Ability to manage a classroom or workshop environment effectively, including live-build demonstrations.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or pitches in an academic or corporate training context.
  
• A portfolio of self-built AI agents, automations, or no-code products that can be shared as teaching examples.
  
• Familiarity with a broad range of AI/no-code tools beyond the core stack (e.g., other automation platforms, AI coding assistants, app builders).
  
• Experience working with a diverse range of students or professionals.
