HCLTech is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and govern enterprise AI/GenAI learning programs, define scalable pathways, and ensure curriculum relevance across evolving technology domains. The role oversees governance, content updates, and measurement of learning impact.

You will manage learning delivery teams, partner with business leaders, and drive capability-building initiatives with analytics to demonstrate business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, or related domains will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Learning Strategy & Curriculum Governance: Define structured learning pathways across AI, GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Domain & Functional Skills; Establish competency frameworks and governance mechanisms.
• Curriculum Design & Review: Review and approve curriculum updates for AI and GenAI; conduct periodic reviews to incorporate trends and evolving business needs; ensure content is relevant and outcome-driven.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, delivery teams, and talent stakeholders to identify current and future skill requirements; align learning with workforce planning and transformation objectives; advise on learning investments.
• Capability Building & Learning Effectiveness: Standardize outcomes and assessment methodologies; leverage AI-driven platforms to enhance engagement and tracking; monitor and report program impact via analytics and certifications.

Learning & Development Lead - AI/GenAI

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Learning & Development Lead to drive the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of learning programs across AI and emerging technology domains. The role will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide learning pathways, ensuring curriculum relevance, and aligning capability-building initiatives with evolving business and industry demands.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, or related domains will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Capability Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Curriculum Design and Learning Program Management.
• Proven experience managing trainers, facilitators, and learning delivery teams.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify skill requirements and develop corresponding learning interventions.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Conduct periodic curriculum reviews and refresh cycles to incorporate emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving business needs.
• Ensure learning content remains relevant, market-aligned, and outcome-driven.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, delivery teams, and talent development stakeholders to identify current and future skill requirements.
• Align learning initiatives with workforce planning, capability-building strategies, and organizational transformation objectives.
• Provide recommendations on learning investments and capability development priorities.

Capability Building & Learning Effectiveness

• Standardize learning outcomes, assessment methodologies, and competency measurement frameworks.
• Leverage AI-driven learning frameworks and platforms to enhance learner engagement, personalization, and capability tracking.
