Job summary

The House of Rare in India seeks a skilled Visual Merchandiser to lead VM across its fashion stores. You will translate brand guidelines into eye-catching displays, drive seasonal launches, and optimize window and interior layouts to boost footfall.

You will travel within the assigned cluster to train staff, audit stores, and collaborate with Operations, Buying & Planning. Strong execution and communication are essential to maintain consistent brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail.
• Exposure to LFS/MBO retail formats is preferred.
• Good understanding of fashion retail, store layouts, and customer shopping behavior.
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster/region.
• Hands-on and commercially driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain brand VM guidelines across all LFS/MBO stores within the assigned cluster.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide VM improvement suggestions.
• Ensure VM materials, props, and branding elements are utilized effectively across stores.
