Job summary

Elektrokraft is seeking a field service technician in Jamshedpur to install and service water coolers, air-conditioners and televisions at customer locations. The role requires hands-on installation and on-site troubleshooting with emphasis on safety and quality.

• Practical experience installing window/split ACs, water coolers or televisions.
• Working knowledge of water cooler and basic appliance maintenance.
• Ability to perform safe on-site installation and servicing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install window and split air-conditioners in accordance with product and site requirements.
• Install water coolers and assist with routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Carry out TV installation and basic setup at customer premises.
• Diagnose common service issues in water coolers and home appliances, referring advanced repairs when necessary.
• Handle customer equipment, fittings, tools and consumables carefully and complete installation checklists.
• Maintain clear communication with the service coordinator and customers about job completion and pending issues.
