Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead service operations across ASP/ASC networks and drive customer excellence in a fast-paced market.

You will supervise field technicians, ensure KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity, and contribute to service revenue through AMC and SPD sales, reporting to the Zonal Service Manager. This role requires travel and a background in service management.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma or B.Tech required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class service to customers through ASP/ASC networks.
• Meet key service deliveries such as TAT, NPS, customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Monitor performance of service centers with periodic reviews.
• Generate service revenue through AMC sales, SPD sales and accessories.
• Ensure trained field technicians at all service center locations in adequate quantity.
• Prevent escalations from trade end customers.
• Plan visits to trades to resolve issues timely and maintain market reputation.
• Monitor implementation of quality systems in service departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure to give best-in-class service to customer through: ASP (Authorized Service Provider) / ASC (Authorized Service Center) /
• Ensure Key Service Deliveries like TAT, Customer NPS, Customer satisfaction, Productivity are met consistently
• Monitor the performance of service centers with strong periodic review mechanism
• Ensure to generate service revenue through AMC Sale, SPD Sale Accessory Sale
• Ensure to keep trained field technician / field service engineer at all service center location in adequate quantity
• Ensure no escalation from trade end customers
• Ensure planned visits to trade resolve issues timely maintain good market reputation
• Monitor successful implementation of quality systems and standards in the service departments.
