Job summary

USHA International in Mumbai is seeking an Area Service Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery and ensure compliant resolution of customer issues within SLA. You will coordinate service teams and maintain relationships with service centers, dealers, customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires monitoring technician performance, managing ASC and third-party resources, ensuring spare part availability, and preparing MIS reports with root-cause analysis for recurring complaints.
