Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is looking for an Area Sales Manager for Cama Electricals to drive sales through dealer networks and field activities.

You will develop quarterly and monthly sales plans, monitor performance, onboard channel partners, and coordinate electrician meets and marketing initiatives. Strong MS-Office skills and MIS reporting are required for success.

• Proficient in MIS reporting.
• Must have good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through market visits and dealer liaison.
• Increase secondary sales by monitoring customer and influencer interactions.
• Ensure timely billing as per trip schedule.
• Develop quarterly/monthly sales plans based on the business plan and past trends.
• Cascade sales plans to dealers and track lead generation, conversion, and actual sales.
• Monitor market share, reach, dispatch, and collections.
• Address credit note issues and elevate deviations beyond terms.
• Build brand awareness and execute marketing initiatives.
• Onboard new channel partners and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Drive execution of schemes, electrician meets, influencer meetings, and POS material distribution.
• Perform credit appraisals and monitor dealer stock levels.
• Set and review sales targets for team members.
• Motivate and manage team performance, providing necessary training.
