Job summary

Adecco India seeks an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for on-site work in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai. This role targets field sales in a complete B2B setup with heavy lead generation, new client acquisition, and onboarding of clients.

Candidate must have 6+ years of relevant experience, drive field activities, and manage 45 client meetings daily, with a fixed CTC of 9 LPA plus PLI, plus laptop allowance and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field sales experience in B2B environments.
• Experience in lead generation and acquiring new clients.
• Ability to conduct a high volume of client meetings (around 45 per day).

• Sales Background: Must have B2B field sales experience.
• Role Type: Individual Contributor (No team handling)
• Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop. The company does not provide one.
• Travel: Candidates must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
• Compensation: Fixed CTC of 9 LPA + PLI.
• Laptop Allowance: 750 per month over and above the salary.
• Travel Allowance: Reimbursed separately based on the number of client meetings.
