CSB Bank in Kolkata seeks an experienced Manager to drive liability sales for Current Accounts across the assigned area, leading and mentoring sales teams while ensuring compliance and revenue targets.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance, coordinate with regional leadership, and promote cross-sell of assets and third-party products while adapting to regulatory changes and market trends.

Competenze

• MBA with 10–12 years of banking sales and leadership experience.
• Experience in liability products and cross-selling.
• Proven track record in area/branch revenue growth and compliance.

Job Description:

Responsibilities
