Job Description :

• To take care of the Ice Cream sales for the City along with the near of City..
• To appoint new Super Stockiest, distributors and manage the existing distributors & SS.
• Responsible for primary and secondary and Stock management as per company norms.
• Handling Distributors, Their Claims & payments.
• Responsible for target achievement as per company.
• Responsibilities for New town opening.
• Managing all sales depot/C&F, Super Stockiest & distributor point.
• To manage the TDC (Company owned outlets ) outlets and improve ice cream sales in these outlets.
• Monitor target vs. achievement on a day to day basis of the Key accounts team.
• Settling claims (damages, trade schemes, misc. debit notes) within stipulated timeframe.
• To be the P & L owner for Ice Cream.
• To manager team and get the best output from them.
• Improve Ice Cream sales across your area.

Job Specification:
