Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Mumbai is seeking a senior Relationship Manager Lead to guide a team of relationship managers across branches, DSAs and builder networks, driving deep client engagement and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for hitting team targets, maintaining productivity at both the location and team levels, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of relationship managers across channels (Branch, DSA, Builder).

• Oversee Location Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client satisfaction.
• Manage HNI clients and deepen relationships.
• Cross-sell CASA and tertiary product (TPP).
