Job summary

The role requires 3–6 years of channel or retail sales experience in building materials, with strong negotiation, relationship-building and field-oriented execution. Graduate or postgraduate candidates, MBA preferred, will manage collections, territory planning, and promotions while building value for channel

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Channel Sales/Retail Sales within Building Materials, Tiles, Sanitaryware.
• Strong experience in dealer and distributor management.
• Hands-on experience in collections, territory planning, and secondary sales.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network within the assigned territory.
• Drive secondary sales through effective dealer engagement and lead conversion.
• Follow the daily 5 Ka Dum sales plan by meeting dealers, architects, contractors, and government departments.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy dealer accounts.
• Improve visibility and availability of focus products across all dealer outlets.
• Execute local promotional activities, influencer meets, and market development programs.
• Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market activities to identify business opportunities.
