Job summary

Oben Electric Vehicles is seeking a field-driven Dealer Growth Manager to scout, onboard and nurture 2-wheeler EV dealers across the region. The role requires end-to-end ownership of dealer setup, hands-on travel, and a strong network-building approach.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in the 2-wheeler industry, with recent ICE/EV sector experience, a proven track record in channel sales, and the energy to work independently while delivering measurable dealership performance and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in the 2-wheeler automobile industry.
• Recent and relevant experience in the 2W ICE/EV sector (Mandatory).
• Proven track record in channel sales and dealer development.

Responsibilities

• Scout, identify, and onboard 2-wheeler EV dealers.

• Drive network expansion across COCO (Company-Owned Company Operated) and DODO (Dealer-Owned Dealer-Operated) formats.

• Undertake extensive on-ground travel for dealer development and performance monitoring.
