Job summary

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Medical Representatives/Business Executives and drive sales growth for Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands.

You will be responsible for achieving Rx generation, doctor engagement and channel/distributor management, while ensuring product availability and strong market coverage in Bengaluru. A Graduate with pharma/healthcare sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
• ASM/ABM/First Line Manager experience preferred.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Strong Rx generation and doctor engagement experience.
• Knowledge of Bengaluru market is desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
