Job summary

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Area Business Manager (ABM) to manage sales and promotional activities for Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands across an assigned territory.

You will lead a team of Medical Representatives, drive prescription generation, and execute field strategies to grow the business. The ABM will engage doctors, manage territory coverage, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners, while recruiting and coaching staff

Qualifications

• Pharma field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

Role Objective

Drive prescription generation and channel management in the assigned territory by leading a team of Medical Representatives and executing effective field strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
• Execute doctor engagement and territory coverage plans.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
• Conduct joint fieldwork, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.

Drive local scientific activities and business initiatives.

Compensation:

• CTC: 6.0 - 6.5 LPA
• DA: 300 (HQ), 325 (Ex HQ)
