The role requires knowledge of local languages and the ability to develop long-term revenue growth plans while coordinating with dealers and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years in area sales.
• Preferred industry - Batching plant, crusher or from capital goods industry.
• Develop five year plan for company growth based on bringing in new revenue.
• Knowledge of local languages is must; fluent in English.
• Presentation and analytical skills required.
• Day-to-day coordinate with dealers; review targets with sales head.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed target sales numbers by maintaining quotas.
• Develop five-year growth plan for company revenue.
• Coordinate daily with dealers and update Sales Head on targets.
• Review targets on time and align with Sales Head.
