Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking an Area Recovery Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending. The role focuses on delinquency reduction, early resolution with normalization, and daily monitoring of accounts.

You will lead a on-roll collections team, train staff, and collaborate with branches to ensure smooth collections. Significant travel may be required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of collection experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in collection with 2 years of on-roll team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
• Ability to achieve delinquency reduction and timely resolutions.

• Proven ability to Handle difficult customer.
• Should have the knowledge of other products movement in the market.
• At least 3 years’ experience in collection with 2 years of On roll team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to Work & Deliver business targets under pressure.
