Country Manager

HealthRecon Connect LLC provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to U.S. healthcare providers. With over 30 years of deep domain expertise, cutting‑edge analytics, and machine learning, we help improve cash flow, patient outcomes, and enable peace of mind for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Accountability to work with the Head of Operations and CEO to drive end‑to‑end formulation and implementation of business strategies and operational plans across geographical locations (SriLanka and India).
• Collaborate with the leadership/partner team to construct measures of accountability for business and shared partner organization performance.
• Manage daily operations of direct staff and matrix partners.
• Design, coordinate, and complete operational improvement projects across various functional areas within RCM operations.
• Review departmental performance and implement changes to improve service, simplify workflow, and assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer multiple functions and general business operations, including business partner management, provider data management, and reporting.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the HRC Executive Leadership Team to develop a world‑class RCM tech and services provider.
• Set business direction, develop, implement, and oversee operational models to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Analyze competitor performance and market conditions to leverage HRC revenue.
• Inform executive management about industry trends, problems, and activities to support short‑ and long‑range strategic plans.
• Effectively manage the overall cost structure of HRC RCM operations.
• Ensure operations and service models are optimized and compliant.
• Develop and confirm operational leaders can execute day‑to‑day responsibilities.
• Lead, mentor, and hold staff accountable for performance.
• Embed governance mechanisms to mitigate business risk and ensure compliance.
• Drive company compliance framework and implement necessary controls.
• Monitor and confirm all operational activities conform to HRC compliance requirements.
• Provide oversight and challenge to senior management on decisions and processes regarding strategy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of total work experience in leading operations and managing end‑to‑end delivery and enabling functions.
• BA/BS in a related field plus 15+ years of experience in full‑service RCM service delivery, including offshore operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role (C‑level experience).
• 10+ years of extensive experience managing different client types in RCM across labs, hospitals, multi‑specialty physician groups, etc.
• Deep understanding of payer‑provider dynamics, regulatory compliance, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
