Job summary

HealthRecon Connect LLC seeks an experienced Country Manager to lead operations across India and Sri Lanka. You will drive end-to-end business strategies, oversee daily operations, and build a world-class RCM technology and services portfolio in partnership with executive leadership.

You will manage onshore/offshore delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize costs, and guide a diverse, inclusive, high-performance team to deliver superior client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of total work experience leading operations and managing end-to-end delivery.
• BA/BS in a related field with 15+ years of experience in full-service RCM delivery, including offshore operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar C-level leadership role.
• 10+ years managing diverse client types across labs, hospitals, and multi-specialty physician groups.
• Deep understanding of payer-provider dynamics, regulatory compliance, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong business acumen in US healthcare revenue cycle management and a proven track record of execution with large onshore/offshore teams.

• Set business direction, develop, implement, and oversee operational models for clients’ unique needs.

Following an internal restructuring, we are seeking an experienced executive to fill the role of Country Manager (CM).

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end formulation and implementation of business strategies and operational plans for HRC across Sri Lanka and India, in partnership with the Head of Operations, CEO, and executive leadership.
