Job summary

Aakash Educational Services (AESL) is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage 6–11 branches nationwide. The role focuses on driving fee collection, improving retention, and ensuring strict process adherence.

You will coordinate with Academic, Sales, Finance and HR teams to optimize branch performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in area/multi-branch operations, with 3–5+ years leading cross-functional teams and a track record of managing multi-location

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of approximately 6–11 branches.
• Monitor fee collection and outstanding recovery.
• Control student left-outs and improve retention.
• Drive customer, student and parent satisfaction and resolve escalations.
• Ensure adherence to AESL processes, SOPs and compliance.
• Monitor branch-level accounts and financial processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting through EDP/MIS.
• Monitor counsellor productivity, follow-ups and enrolment performance.
• Manage Branch Admin teams and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Academic, Sales, Finance, HR and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Control student left-outs/dropouts and improve student retention.
• Drive customer/student/parent satisfaction and resolution of escalations.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Administration or related fi eld is preferred.

Experience

• 8- 12 years of overall professional experience.
• 3 - 5+ years in Area Operations / Multi-Branch Operations.
• Experience managing 10+ branches will be an advantage.
• Candidates from Education, Test Preparation, Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality or other multi-location service industries may be considered.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
