Job summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance in Tiruchirappalli seeks an Executive/Senior Executive in Zone Operations to provide daily MIS support to the Branch, driving issuance, S2S, and opportunity analysis.

You will coordinate with HO and other stakeholders, collate feedback, and prepare monthly dashboards for review by Sr. Management across Pan India. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a process-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in MIS management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive S2S updates for the Branch on a daily basis.
• Perform opportunity analysis from walk-ins and outcalls.
• Track daily BOD pending details and share with stakeholders.
• Collate feedback on resolved commitments and share EOD NB pending updates.
• Share branch mapping headcount details with allied departments monthly or on change.
• Upload outcall data in Ubona monthly after coordinating with HO S2S team.
• Prepare monthly and year-to-date dashboards.
• Assist Branches with surrender retention in coordination with HO BCT team.
• Handle any other MIS requirements as requested by senior management.

Role Summary

Daily MIS supporting to the Branch for driving:

• Issuance
• S2S
• Opportunity analysis
• Coordination with AOH-TOH on a regular basis for various MIS and other requirement if any required .
• Coordination with other HO stakeholders for various MIS/Reports etc.
• Collating of issuance related feedbacks on a regular basis from the stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly dashboards/
• Preparing presentation as and when required for review purpose

Organizational Relationships

Reports to: Senior Manager

Supervises: Nil

Stakeholders Internal: All Ops, HR, IT etc

External: Vendors

Key Result Areas

• S2S Drive : Support the Branch team with daily S2S updates
• Support the Branch with Opportunity analysis from walk in/Outcall
• Issuance Drive : Track daily BOD pending details and share the same with all stakeholders
• Collate the feedback of resolve commitments
• Share the EOD updates on NB Pending cases
• Branch Mapping Head count: share the mapping details with allied dept on a monthly basis or as and when there is a change
• Outcall data upload in Ubona every month post coordinating with HO S2S team.
• Prepare monthly /YTD dashboards
• Surrender Retention: Provide assistance to Branches in coordination with HO BCT team if any requirement
• Any other MISC MIS requirement as required by Sr. Management
