Tractors and Farm Equipment (TAFE) in India seeks a regional service leader to guide a team across the Patna region, driving Customer Satisfaction and business growth through proactive service promotion and expanded service reach. The role focuses on CSI improvement, dealer network effectiveness, and revenue enhancement.

You will strategize service plans, enhance reach and productivity, ensure robust complaint handling SOPs, and develop skills through regular trainings for teams and dealers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 10+ years in auto/tractor industry with after-sales/regional leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
