Job summary

Nisa Support Services seeks an Area Manager to oversee security operations across assigned sites in the Thane region. You will ensure 100% manpower deployment, maintain a minimum on-site strength of 100 guards, and enforce strict discipline to achieve total client satisfaction.

You will lead staff training, ensure compliance with SOPs, monitor performance, and resolve issues quickly. Daily liaison with Goel Group and other clients is required, with regular reporting to management.

Qualifications

Job description

The Area Manager will oversee and manage security operations across assigned sites in the TildaRaipur area. The primary focus of this role is to ensure 100% manpower deployment, maintain a minimum strength of 100 personnel on-site, enforce strict discipline, and ensure total client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff training, compliance enforcement, performance monitoring, and resolving operational issues swiftly.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manpower & Recruitment Management
   Source, recruit, and arrange security manpower according to client requirements.
   Maintain a constant deployment strength of 100 personnel across assigned sites.
   Ensure 100% manpower deployment daily with zero shortages or shift gaps.
   Monitor daily attendance, track absenteeism, and arrange immediate replacements to ensure seamless coverage.
2. Training, Deployment, & Discipline
   Conduct comprehensive induction, basic training, and site-specific briefings for security personnel prior to deployment. Enforce strict code of conduct, dress code, and operational discipline among guards.
3. Compliance & SOP Implementation
   Ensure strict adherence to company and NISA standard operating procedures (SOPs).
   Maintain comprehensive statutory and operational compliance across all managed sites, aiming for zero major non-compliance issues.
4. Client Relationship Management
   Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including the Goel Group.
   Coordinate closely with client representatives to understand their needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.
   Resolve all client complaints and operational issues within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
5. Site Monitoring & Inspections
   Conduct planned and unplanned site inspections, including required day and night visits.
   Evaluate guard performance, alertness, and site safety conditions during field visits.
6. Reporting & Administration
   Maintain accurate data regarding manpower, attendance, deployment, training logs, site visits, and incident reports.
   Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management via email in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum 12th standard pass.
• Experience: Proven experience in security operations, manpower management, site supervision, or a closely related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and data management. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, team coordination, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Mobility: Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel for day and night site visits.
