Quality Property Management Company is seeking an experienced security operations leader to oversee day-to-day security across multiple client locations. You will plan, deploy, and monitor manpower while ensuring 100% availability and efficient shift management.

You will supervise guards and site teams, perform regular inspections and audits, and handle client escalations. Compliance with PSARA and client requirements is essential, along with cost control and reporting.

Competenze

• 6-10 years of experience in the security field.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure compliance with PSARA and other applicable statutory and client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate security training, grooming, discipline, and performance management.
• Monitor operational costs, manpower productivity, and service delivery against agreed SLAs.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
