Godrej Industries Group is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to drive Affordable Housing product sales within our branch network in India. You will plan monthly and quarterly AH strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and distribution partners, and ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes high customer centricity, active MIS reporting, and opportunities to cross-sell Insurance and related financial products.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in housing/financing products.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with DSAs, connectors and distribution partners.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Affordable Housing products for the organization.
• Plan and execute AH strategy for month/quarter to meet branch goals.
• Manage relationships with DSA, connectors and sources of business leads.
• Control and monitor distribution network and plan sales promotions.
• Handle documentation and assist customers with application files.
• Coordinate with support functions to ensure quick turnaround and service delivery.
• Provide customers with loan status updates and resolve queries.
• Maintain MIS and reporting; cross-sell Insurance and related products.

Job Description

• Sell Affordable Housing products for the organization.
• Plan & execute the AH strategy for the month/ quarter to ensure branch goals are overachieved.
• Relationship management with DSA, connectors & individual concerns where business leads source from.
• Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities
• Handling the documentation and supporting customers with building the application files mitigating issues
• Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery
• Feed backing to customers on loan status & resolution required
• Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.
• Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
• Cross sell of Insurance and related products.
