Qualifications

• Graduation from any stream; MBA from tiered institutions preferred.
• 7-12 years of experience in financial services sales or related field.

• Coach and develop assigned team on products, selling techniques, various online / digital platforms and end to end business process and compliance norms


• Drive central sales initiatives for the teritorry through communication forums and meetings


• Coordinate with central teams to design and implement required interventions
