JobItUs is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple veterinary clinics in Pune. You will drive performance, growth, and consistent patient care while managing staff and financials across locations.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit operations, strong leadership, and travel across city sites. You will collaborate with HQ marketing and ensure regulatory compliance, scheduling, and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit operations in retail/healthcare/veterinary sectors.
• Strong people management and P&L ownership experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across city locations.
• Proficiency with basic reporting tools, POS, and clinic management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L, revenue targets, and cost control for all clinics in the area.
• Maintain clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive retention.
• Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Implement SOPs and roll out new services at clinic level.

Area Manager

Role Summary:

Oversee daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple veterinary clinics within Pune, ensuring high standards of patient care, client experience, staff management, and financial performance across the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, revenue targets, and cost control across all clinics in the area
• Ensure consistent clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with veterinary regulations
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff. Support in recruitment of veterinary teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and drive retention
• Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across sites
• Implement company-wide SOPs and roll out new services/products at clinic level
• Analyze footfall, case volume, and revenue data; report insights to leadership
• Identify expansion opportunities (new locations, partnerships) within the city
• Ensure staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination across clinics
• Drive marketing/local outreach initiatives in coordination with HQ marketing team

Position Overview

• Location: City Clinics on rotation
• Reporting To: Head Clinic Operations
• Work Timings: 9am - 6pm, 6 days working
• Week Off: Rotational during the week
