Job summary

Skillventory in Raipur is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive Affordable Mortgage / LAP targets across the region. You will build and nurture partner networks with DSAs, developers and dealers, while ensuring a robust sales funnel and timely loan disbursements.

You will lead a team of RM/Sales Managers, oversee pipelines and ensure compliance with KYC and internal policies. This role is based in Raipur, offering client-facing field responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve area-level targets for sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement for Affordable Mortgage / LAP.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and other relevant market partners.
• Generate business through open-market activities and ensure a healthy and sustainable sales funnel.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers within the assigned area.
• Review daily/weekly sales pipelines, conversion ratios and branch-wise productivity.
• Ensure proper customer profiling, document collection and quality of loan applications before login.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations and other stakeholders for smooth case processing and timely disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency indicators and adherence to approved credit and sourcing norms.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, process guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
