Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Regional Head for Affordable Mortgage Loans in Bengaluru. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, drive acquisition for affordable HL and LAP, and ensure high-quality asset performance while maintaining strict compliance—working with stakeholders and product teams to refine propositions and segmentation.

You will also champion digital solutions, build robust distribution networks at the state level, mentor teams, and uphold the bank's conduct and value

Qualifications

• Graduate with 10–18 years of experience in banking or mortgage lending preferred.
