Job summary

Aditya Birla Group’s Van Heusen brand is seeking an Area Business Manager to lead the value channel across the assigned area. You will drive stock liquidation while maintaining profitability and brand standards, coordinating with stores, franchisees, and brand outlets to maximize turnover.

You will identify growth locations, ensure timely payments, and train frontline staff on product knowledge and customer relations to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle the value channel of the brand by liquidating stock across the area and region without compromising profitability.
• Drive maximum liquidation of stock while maintaining brand standards and SOPs.
• Identify new store opportunities and ensure locations are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain timely payments and negotiate with franchisees to prevent stock holds.
• Conduct training for frontline sales staff on product knowledge and customer relations.

Job Purpose

To Handle the value channel of the brand by liquidating the stock as much as possible without affecting profitability across the area and region.

It is a challenge to profitably liquidate the stock of the brand after the retail and sales of the stock.

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA1 Maximum liquidation of stock 1.Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
2.Ensure the targets are met

KRA2 Identification of new stores 1.Identify localities with good prospects
2.Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
3.Update the location with RBD

KRA3 Maintaining brand standards Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

KRA4 Relationship with franchisee store 1.Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
2.Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn't go on hold

KRA5 Conducting training sessions Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory
Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
