Job summary

Skin Aesthetics International Pvt.ltd is seeking a proactive business development professional in Pune to expand our dermatology energy-based devices and aesthetic product portfolio. You will identify dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and branded clinics, promoting devices and detailing features to generate inquiries and close sales.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years in dermatology or medical devices, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to meet revenue targets

Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology or aesthetic devices is preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and execute promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential dermatologist and aesthetic clinic clients to generate inquiries for energy-based and laser devices.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Identifying and meeting potential dermatologist, Aesthetic plastic surgeons, Branded Aesthetic clinics to generate inquiries for business of energy-based and laser devices.
• Responsible for Business Development of Dermatological Energy based devices and Aesthetic products.
• Responsible for product promotion and demonstration.
• Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all dermatologist and plastic surgeons.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals.
• Plan, organize and execute promotional activities.
• Expertise in Aesthetics products & devices that influence clients buying decisions by detailing unique product features and benefits.
• Responsible for attracting new clients and nurturing existing customers with excellent service.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to work independently.

Preferred candidate profile

4-10 years of experience in Dermatology and relevant medical devices industry.
