Job summary

Securitas India Hyderabad is seeking a competent Security Operations professional to manage access control across India and coordinate with site security managers.

Responsibilities include granting access rights, reviewing requests, managing credentials, and generating reports with Power BI and Excel. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service or SOC operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, SOC operations, or access badging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and tech-savvy; working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and dashboards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of AI applications and integrations is preferred.

• Escalate complex access issues to the site team.
• Ensure access approval processes comply with audit standards.
• Support security team with tool-based operations such as visitor and material management systems.
• Act as SPOC with Microsoft Global IT during downtime or technical glitches.
• Conduct internal IT audits.
• Generate reports using Power BI and Excel.

• Perform bulk access assignments and modifications.
• Submit access requests on behalf of employees when required.
• Generate and maintain access reports.
• Respond to employee queries and emails related to access.
• Escalate complex access issues to relevant stakeholders with support from the site team.
• Ensure access approval processes are compliant with audit standards.
• Support the security team with tool-based operations such as visitor and material management systems.
• Manage exceptions and troubleshoot system issues.
• Act as the Security Team’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with Microsoft Global IT during downtime or technical glitches.
• Conduct internal IT audits.
• Generate reports using Power BI and Excel.
