Job summary

Qtsolv, Bengaluru-based, seeks an Identity & Access Management specialist for a hybrid role. You'll apply 3–5 years' IAM experience across directory services, auth methods, and access governance.

Hands-on with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow; scripting in PowerShell or Python and cloud familiarity with AWS/Azure are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IAM, directory services, or identity operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
• Knowledge of auth concepts: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot automation scripts with PowerShell or Python.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Azure cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience: 3-5 years of overall experience. 3+ years of relevant experience.

• 3–5 yearsof relevant experience in Identity & Access Management, Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Working knowledge and practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
• Working knowledge of identity concepts such as:
  • Authentication and authorization
  • SSO
  • MFA
  • SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Access governance
• Ability to write and troubleshoot small automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure, including the ability to support Identity infrastructure and services running in cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently investigate operational issues.
