Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks an experienced ARCON PAM Administrator to lead the administration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the ARCON PAM environment for client engagements. You will onboard target systems and conduct privileged-access reviews, ensuring compliance with security requirements in a remote setup.

The role requires hands-on ARCON PAM expertise, strong AD/LDAP knowledge, and experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments, RBAC, and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of PAM/IAM administration experience.
• Hands-on ARCON PAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management.
• Experience onboarding Windows, Unix/Linux, databases and network devices.
• Strong AD/LDAP knowledge.
• RBAC and privileged-session monitoring experience.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools/processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the ARCON PAM platform.
• Perform privileged-account discovery and onboarding.
• Onboard servers, databases, network devices and applications into PAM.
• Manage privileged accounts and credentials.
• Configure password vaulting and credential-management policies.
• Configure password rotation and reconciliation where applicable.
• Manage privileged-access workflows.
• Configure role-based access controls.
• Manage user and administrator access within PAM.
• Support privileged session management.
• Monitor and review privileged sessions.
• Review session recordings and audit logs when required.
• Perform periodic privileged-account access reviews.
• Support emergency/break-glass access.
• Manage PAM policies based on approved security requirements.
• Troubleshoot PAM connectivity and authentication issues.
• Support integration with: Active Directory/LDAP, Windows, Unix/Linux, Databases, Network devices, Security tools.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, Security and Application teams.
• Support PAM-related incident and change management.
• Maintain PAM documentation and configuration records.
• Prepare privileged-access and compliance reports.
• Support internal/external audits.
• Identify unauthorized or anomalous privileged activities and elevate accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to least privilege, RBAC and segregation of duties.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of PAM operations.

Description:

• The Senior ARCON PAM Administrator will be responsible for the administration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of the Banks ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.
• The resource will manage privileged accounts, access policies, credential vaulting, session management, onboarding of target systems and privileged-access reviews while ensuring compliance with Bank security and regulatory requirements.
